The Sailor's Hitch helm is an open, AI-adaptive marine autopilot for bluewater sailors who refuse proprietary black boxes. Built on ESP32-S3 with full PID control, apparent wind hold, MOB safety, and Signal K integration — the helm learns your hull and adapts its steering curves for monohulls and multihulls alike. Launching first as a Developer Kit for technical cruisers and makers.
